Ecommerce Marketing Specialist

We distribute our products to more than 60 countries throughout North and South America, Central America, the Asia-Pacific region, and Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on B2C digital marketer to implement and grow their knowledge and experience creating successful digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a passion for e-commerce targeting, analytics, and sales funnels and can help build our consumer base nationally. As with any small team, the role will be varied, based on what?s needed, but the core responsibilities are centered around consumer acquisition using all of the digital channels for HoMedics product categories.
Essentials Functions:
SEM and Social: Serve as the primary point of contact between Homedics and the agency partners that support our search and social marketing efforts. Work with agency partners to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance. Create and manage campaigns, keywords and ad copy as needed. Identify target audiences and use tools available to reach those audiences to drive traffic to our website.
SEO: Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes. Conduct keyword research to guide content teams. Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects.
Email Marketing: Manage the execution of our email programs to drive revenue and consumer engagement. Configure, deploy and evaluate campaigns with an eye towards improving open rates, click through rates and conversion. Identify and create sales funnels that help nurture, cross sell, and up sell potential consumers and turn them into repeat loyal advocates.
Affiliate Marketing: Grow our affiliate marketing program by recruiting new publishers and building relationships with existing publishers. Ensure all promotions are properly messaged to our affiliate partners and their consumers. Explore strategic partnerships and paid placements as appropriate.
Analytics: Need to be passionate about measuring success while using analytics to assess performance and drive optimizations. Key analytics platforms include Google Analytics, Magento e-commerce, and our internal ERP. A/B test e-commerce tactics based on analytics to improve efforts.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
